Automatic Chime Direct Deposit Monitoring
Every morning, WebRun opens Chime, reads the latest transactions on your checking account, looks for the direct deposit due on or before today, checks the amount against what normally arrives, posts a short Slack note saying it landed or it did not, and opens a Trello card to chase payroll when the money is missing.
How do I know if my direct deposit did not arrive?
WebRun checks your Chime account every morning for the direct deposit you expect. It reads recent transactions, compares the amount with what normally arrives, and posts to Slack whether the pay landed. When nothing shows up it opens a Trello card, so payroll gets chased the same day.
- A missing paycheck is known on the morning it was due
- Short deposits are flagged against the usual amount
- Payroll gets chased the same day instead of after a bounce
Built for hourly and shift workers · contractors · small business owners · household budgeters

How is each run configured?
Secure by default
Connect once, stays signed in
WebRun signs in once and keeps each session in a persistent environment, so every run picks up right where it left off.
Every action is checked against this policy before it runs.
Questions, answered
Can it move money or pay a bill if the deposit is late?
No. WebRun only reads the account. It never transfers, sends, or withdraws money, and never touches a card or a payment. Every financial action stays yours to make.
Will it contact my employer or payroll provider?
No. WebRun posts an internal Slack note and opens a Trello card for you. Contacting payroll is a message you write and send, so nothing goes out in your name.
What if the deposit simply arrives a day late?
The next morning run sees it, posts that it landed, and closes the chase card. You get one alert on the day it was due, not a repeating reminder afterwards.
Put this on autopilot.
Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
