Automated Chegg Subscription Tracking

Every Monday, WebRun signs in to Chegg, reads which subscriptions are active, when each one renews, and what has been ordered recently, searches Gmail for the matching receipts and labels them, then posts a short spend recap to Slack that flags any charge without a receipt and any renewal coming up.

In short

How do I keep track of my Chegg subscriptions and charges?

WebRun signs in to Chegg every Monday and reads your active subscriptions, their prices, the next renewal date, and recent orders. It searches Gmail for the matching receipts, labels them, and posts a spend recap to Slack that flags upcoming renewals and any charge with no receipt behind it.

  • Renewals are visible 30 days out instead of after the charge
  • Every receipt is labelled and matched to a real order
  • Charges with no receipt behind them get chased while they are still recent

Questions, answered

Will it cancel my subscription for me?

No. WebRun reads your Chegg account and reports what renews and when. Cancelling, upgrading, downgrading, and buying all stay with you, so no plan changes without your say-so.

What does it do to my inbox?

It searches for Chegg receipts and applies your billing label so they are findable at tax time. WebRun never deletes, forwards, replies to, or archives a message in Gmail.

What happens when a charge has no receipt?

The charge is flagged in the Slack recap with its date and amount, and the matching receipt gap is named, so you can chase support or check the card statement while the charge is still recent.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
