Automated Checkout.com Dispute Deadlines

Every morning, WebRun opens the Checkout.com dashboard, reads every open dispute with its reason code, amount, and response deadline, checks what evidence is already attached, logs each case in Airtable, and posts a countdown to Notion ordered by the hours left to respond.

In short

How do I make sure every chargeback is answered before its deadline?

Every morning, WebRun opens the Checkout.com dashboard, lists every open dispute with its reason code, amount, and evidence deadline, and checks what evidence is already attached. It logs each case in Airtable and posts a countdown to Notion, ordered by hours left, so nothing is lost by default.

  • No dispute is lost by default for want of a reply
  • Missing evidence is named per case, not discovered on deadline day
  • The queue is ordered by hours remaining every single morning

Good to know

Questions, answered

Will it submit evidence or accept a dispute for me?

No. WebRun reads dispute status and reports it. Uploading evidence, responding, and accepting liability all stay with your team, because a submitted response cannot be taken back.

How does it know a deadline is close?

It reads the response deadline Checkout.com shows on each open dispute and orders the queue by hours remaining, so the case nearest its cut-off is always at the top.

Does it contact the cardholder or the bank?

No. Nothing leaves your business. The output is an internal Airtable log and a Notion page for your own team.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
