Automated Capterra Review Monitoring
Every Monday, WebRun opens your product's Capterra listing, reads the reviews posted since the last run with their rating and written comments, posts the new ones to Microsoft Teams with the overall rating and review count, and opens a Trello card for every critical review so a real person writes and publishes the reply.
How do I keep track of new Capterra reviews for my product?
WebRun checks your Capterra listing every Monday and reads every review posted since the last run, with its rating and written comments. It posts the new reviews and the rating trend to Microsoft Teams, then opens a Trello card for each critical review so a person writes the public reply.
- New reviews are seen the same week they land
- Critical reviews get a tracked owner and a response card
- Public replies stay human, never auto-posted

1
Capterra - read new reviews

- Note the current overall rating and total review count so you can see the trend week to week

-
2
Microsoft Teams - share what came in
WebRun opens Microsoft Teams to share what came in. - Post the new reviews to your product channel, lowest rating first
- Include the overall rating, the review count, and how both moved since last week
- Quote the most useful sentence from each review so the team reads the substance, not just the star count
Done when The team has seen every new review and the current rating.
-
3
Trello - open a response card
WebRun opens Trello to open a response card. - Create a Trello card for each review at or below your response threshold
- Put the review text, the rating, and a suggested angle for the reply in the card description
- Leave the card in Needs reply: publishing a public response stays with a person

How is each run configured?
Secure by default
Connect once, stays signed in
WebRun signs in once and keeps each session in a persistent environment, so every run picks up right where it left off.
Every action is checked against this policy before it runs.
Questions, answered
Will it post a public reply to a review?
No. A vendor response is public and permanent, so WebRun never publishes one. It writes the suggested angle onto a Trello card and a person composes and posts the actual reply on Capterra.
Does it report on every review or only bad ones?
Teams gets every new review with the current rating trend. Trello cards are created only for reviews at or below the rating threshold you set, so the response queue stays focused.
Can it watch a competitor's listing too?
Yes. Point the same run at any public Capterra listing and it reads new reviews and the rating trend the same way, though response cards only make sense for a listing you actually own.
Put this on autopilot.
Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
