Questions, answered
Will it pay my Capital One bill?
No. WebRun never makes a payment, moves money, or changes an autopay setting. It reads the balance and the due date, then books the reminder. A person makes every payment themselves.
Can it change anything on my account?
No. The run is read-only inside Capital One. It does not open disputes, request credit limit changes, or edit any account setting. The only things it writes are the calendar entries and the Teams post.
What if an account is already on autopay?
