Automated Camp Transportation Roster
Every evening, WebRun opens CampMinder, pulls the next day's transportation assignments and daily travel records, compiles a route-by-route bus roster in Google Sheets, and posts a summary to your operations Slack channel so drivers and staff are prepared before arrival.
How do I automatically build camp bus and transportation rosters?
WebRun opens CampMinder every evening, pulls the next day's transportation assignments, and compiles a route-sorted bus roster in Google Sheets. It then posts a summary to your operations Slack channel with a link to the full Sheet, so drivers and supervisors have accurate rosters before the first pickup of the morning.
- Drivers and supervisors have accurate rosters before the first pickup each morning
- Late additions and changes are flagged automatically so nothing is missed
- No staff member has to manually copy CampMinder transport data into a spreadsheet

Questions, answered
What if a family cancels a transport booking after the roster is built?
WebRun runs again the following evening and rebuilds the roster from live CampMinder data, so cancellations are reflected by the next morning. For same-day changes, the Google Sheet can be edited manually.
Can drivers access the roster on a phone?
Yes. The Slack post includes a direct link to the Google Sheet, which is fully accessible on mobile. Drivers can open it on any device without logging in to CampMinder.
Does it include campers with special transport needs?
It captures whatever is recorded in the CampMinder transportation module for each camper. Any notes or special instructions entered there are included in the roster row.
