Automated Callture Inbound Fax Logging
Every morning, WebRun signs in to Callture, collects the faxes delivered to your fax number overnight, records the sender, date, page count, and extension for each, posts a dated index to Telegram, and gives the office the same list in Microsoft Teams.
How do I keep a searchable log of every inbound fax?
WebRun signs in to Callture every morning and collects the faxes that arrived on your fax number overnight, recording the sender, time, page count, and extension for each. It posts a dated index to Telegram and shares the same list in Microsoft Teams, so signed forms and orders stay findable months later.
- Every fax is indexed by sender and date the morning it arrives
- Incomplete transmissions are flagged instead of assumed delivered
- Each fax is routed to the extension owner rather than sitting unclaimed
Built for office administrators · medical practices · legal offices · logistics teams

1
Callture - collect overnight faxes
WebRun opens Callture to collect overnight faxes. - Sign in to Callture and open the fax area for your fax number

- Record the sending number, the received date and time, the page count, and the extension it landed on
- Give each item a short description from its cover page where one is present

2
Telegram - post the dated fax index
WebRun opens Telegram to post the dated fax index. - Post today's fax index to your office channel, newest first

- Flag any transmission marked incomplete so it can be requested again
- Keep the daily posts in one channel so the index is searchable by sender or date

-
3
Microsoft Teams - share the list with the office
WebRun opens Microsoft Teams to share the list with the office. - Post the same index to the office channel in Teams
- Route each fax to the person who owns that extension by naming them in the line
- Note which faxes still need an owner so nothing sits unclaimed
Done when The office has today's fax list in Teams with owners named.
How is each run configured?
Secure by default
Connect once, stays signed in
WebRun signs in once and keeps each session in a persistent environment, so every run picks up right where it left off.
Every action is checked against this policy before it runs.
Questions, answered
Will it send a fax or reply to anyone?
No. WebRun only reads the inbound fax list. It never sends a fax, forwards a document to an outside party, or deletes anything from your Callture account.
Are fax contents posted into the chat?
No. The index carries sender, time, page count, extension, and a short description only. The documents stay in Callture and Telegram and Teams are your own internal channels.
What about a fax that came through incomplete?
It is flagged. WebRun cross checks the call log, so a partial or failed transmission appears on the index marked incomplete instead of looking like a delivered document.
