Automated Breezy HR Pipeline Chasing
Every morning, WebRun opens Breezy HR, walks every active position's pipeline, finds candidates who have sat in the same stage longer than your limit for that stage, logs each one in Airtable with the days waiting, and writes each hiring manager a short action list in Notion so nobody goes cold waiting on a decision.
How do I stop candidates from getting stuck in my hiring pipeline?
WebRun keeps your Breezy HR pipeline moving. Each morning it finds candidates who have sat in one stage past the limit you set, logs them in Airtable with the days waiting, and writes each hiring manager a Notion action list ordered by longest wait, so good candidates do not go cold.
- Candidates waiting on a decision are surfaced daily, not at the weekly review
- Each manager sees only their own list, longest wait first
- The slowest stage in the process becomes visible and fixable

1
Breezy HR - find candidates stuck in a stage

- For every candidate, read the current stage and the date they entered it
- Flag anyone who has been in that stage longer than the limit you set for it
- Capture the candidate name, position, stage, days waiting, and the assigned hiring manager

2
Airtable - log each stalled candidate

- Create or update one record per stalled candidate with position, stage, days waiting, and manager
- Clear records for candidates who have since moved stage so the list stays honest
- Update the per-position stage-time averages so slow stages become visible over time
Done when Airtable holds today's stalled list and the stage-time averages are current.
-
3
Notion - write the manager action list
WebRun opens Notion to write the manager action list. - Open your hiring page in Notion and update the daily action list
- Group the stalled candidates under their hiring manager, longest wait first
- Give each line the position, stage, and days waiting, with the next action needed
- Note which stage is slowest across all positions so the process itself gets fixed
- Leave candidate contact to a recruiter. WebRun never messages a candidate
Done when Each hiring manager has today's action list in Notion, longest waits first.
How is each run configured?
Secure by default
Connect once, stays signed in
WebRun signs in once and keeps each session in a persistent environment, so every run picks up right where it left off.
Every action is checked against this policy before it runs.
Questions, answered
Will it email or reject any candidate?
No. WebRun never contacts a candidate and never changes their status. It reports who is waiting, and a recruiter decides what to say and when to move them.
Does it move candidates between stages in Breezy HR?
No. The pipeline is read only. Every stage change, note, and decision is made by a person inside Breezy HR.
Can different stages have different time limits?
Yes. You set a limit per stage, so a two-day limit on screening and a seven-day limit on final interviews are both respected.
Put this on autopilot.
