Questions, answered
Will it move tasks or reassign people on its own?
No. WebRun reads Bordio and reports the imbalance in Airtable. Every reassignment stays a decision you make on the board, and no calendar invitation is sent to anyone.
What if tasks have no time estimate?
They are counted separately and listed by name, so an unestimated pile does not quietly hide a person's real load. Add the estimate in Bordio and the next run picks it up.
Does it read private calendar details?
It reads only the hours each event occupies to work out committed time. The workload table records totals, never event titles or attendees.
