Automated BombBomb Video View Follow-Ups
Every afternoon, WebRun opens BombBomb, reads which recipients watched your videos since the last run and how much they watched, records each viewer in Airtable with their watch percentage, and blocks a private follow-up slot in your Google Calendar for the people who watched the most.
How do I follow up with people right after they watch my video?
WebRun turns BombBomb video views into booked follow-up time. Each afternoon it reads which recipients watched your videos and how much they got through, logs every viewer in Airtable with their watch percentage, and blocks a private Google Calendar hold naming the warmest people to call.
- Warm viewers get a call the same day, not next week
- Every view is logged with watch percentage in Airtable
- Follow-up time is on the calendar before the day fills up
Built for real estate agents · sales reps · mortgage and insurance brokers · recruiters

How is each run configured?
Secure by default

WebRun signs in once and keeps each session in a persistent environment, so every run picks up right where it left off.
Every action is checked against this policy before it runs.
Questions, answered
Does it contact the viewer?
No. WebRun never emails a recipient, never sends a video, and never adds anyone as a guest to the calendar hold. The hold is private time on your own calendar for you to make the call yourself.
How does it decide who is warm?
It ranks viewers by how much of the video they watched, how recently, and how many times they came back. A recipient who rewatched a video today sits above someone who skimmed one last week.
Will it book time I do not have?
No. WebRun places the hold in a free window on your Google Calendar and skips anyone who already has a meeting with you booked that week, so the block never collides with committed time.
