Questions, answered
Will it charge the owner's card or send a payment link automatically?
No. WebRun drafts the Stripe payment request but does not send it or charge the card. Your front desk reviews the list in Slack and chooses when to present or send the payment link at pickup.
What if an owner pays online before pickup?
WebRun reads live Gingr data each morning, so balances already settled will not appear on the list. If a payment lands after the morning run, staff can confirm in Gingr before presenting at the door.
Can it handle different services like grooming add-ons in the balance total?
Yes. The balance total is pulled directly from the Gingr reservation record, which includes all services booked, so add-ons are included automatically in the draft amount.
