In short

How do I automatically track my Bird campaign results?

WebRun checks Bird every night for campaigns that finished that day, logs each one's delivery and engagement numbers as a row in Airtable, and emails the marketing team a short recap, so campaign results are captured and shared automatically instead of being pulled by hand from the Bird dashboard.

  • Every finished campaign is logged the same night it ends
  • Marketing gets a recap without opening the Bird dashboard
  • Delivery and engagement numbers live in one Airtable base

Questions, answered

Does this send anything to Bird contacts or customers?

No. WebRun only reads campaign results that already ran in Bird. It does not send or schedule any new messages to your contacts.

What counts as a finished campaign?

Any Bird campaign whose send window closed in the last 24 hours. In progress campaigns are skipped until they finish, so numbers are never reported half complete.

Who receives the recap email?

The marketing distribution list you connect in Gmail. WebRun sends the internal recap only, never a message to the people who received the campaign.
