Automated Bigo Live Host Hour Reports

Every Monday, WebRun opens Bigo Live, reads how many hours and how many separate days each host streamed in the past week, compares each one against the target you set, posts the full scorecard to Microsoft Teams, and sends managers a short Telegram list of the hosts who fell short and by how much.

In short

How do I track whether my Bigo Live hosts hit their streaming hours?

WebRun scores your Bigo Live roster every Monday. It reads each host's streamed hours and live days for the past week, compares them against the targets you set, posts the ranked scorecard to Microsoft Teams, and sends managers a Telegram list of who came up short and by how much.

  • Every host is measured against a target every Monday
  • Managers see who slipped before the month is lost
  • One scorecard replaces a manual roster tally

Questions, answered

Does WebRun message the hosts?

No. The scorecard goes to your own Teams channel and the shortfall list to your managers on Telegram. Talking to a host who is behind target stays a manager's job, with the numbers already in hand.

Where do the targets come from?

From you. Give WebRun the hours and live-days target for each host, or one target for the whole roster, and it marks each host on target or short against that number every Monday.

Can it cover several rosters or agencies?

Yes. Group hosts by roster and WebRun posts a separate scorecard per group, so each manager sees only their own hosts in Teams and Telegram.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
