Automated BigCommerce Low Stock Alerts

Every morning, WebRun signs in to your BigCommerce control panel, reads the inventory level of every tracked product and variant, compares each against its reorder point and how fast it has been selling, sends the low and out of stock list to your WhatsApp operations chat, and books a purchasing slot in Google Calendar whenever something needs an order placed today.

In short

How do I get alerted when BigCommerce products are running low?

WebRun reads BigCommerce inventory every morning, comparing each tracked product and variant against its reorder point and recent sales rate. It sends your operations chat a WhatsApp list of what is out of stock or running low with days of cover, and books Google Calendar time to place the orders.

  • Best sellers get reordered before they hit zero
  • Days of cover, not just unit counts, drive the urgency
  • No purchase is ever placed by the run

Questions, answered

Will it place purchase orders with suppliers?

No. Ordering spends money, so it stays with a person. WebRun produces the reorder list and books you time to place the order, and it never contacts a supplier or submits a purchase.

Does it change product settings or stock numbers?

No. The BigCommerce step is read only. WebRun never edits inventory counts, hides a product, or changes a listing, so your catalogue is exactly as your team left it.

How does it work out days of cover?

It compares the units left against recent order volume for that product, so a fast seller with fifty units can rank as more urgent than a slow one with five. The reorder points you set still drive the flag.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
