Automated Betterworks 1:1 Meeting Prep

Every morning, WebRun opens Betterworks, finds the people you have a 1:1 with today, reads their goal progress, latest check-in notes, and recent feedback, writes a one-page prep doc per person in Notion, and records the open follow-ups from last time in Airtable so nothing carries over unnoticed.

In short

How do I prepare for my 1:1s without digging through goals and notes?

WebRun opens Betterworks each morning, finds the people you have a 1:1 with today, and reads their goal progress, latest check-in notes, and recent feedback. It writes a one-page prep per person in Notion and pulls last meeting's open follow-ups from Airtable, so every conversation starts already informed.

  • Every 1:1 starts with goals and feedback already in front of you
  • Follow-ups stop quietly carrying over meeting after meeting
  • Prep takes no time out of the morning before the meeting

Questions, answered

Does my report see the prep page?

No. The prep lands in your own private Notion folder. WebRun shares nothing with the person, posts no comment in Betterworks, and sends no message to your team.

Does it change goals or check-ins?

No. WebRun reads goal progress, check-in notes, and feedback and writes them into your prep. It updates no goal, submits no check-in, and leaves no feedback in Betterworks.

What if a 1:1 gets moved?

It builds prep from the meetings on today's list each morning, so a rescheduled 1:1 simply gets its prep on the new day, with whatever is current in Betterworks at that point.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
