In short

How do I turn Baserow rows into Trello cards automatically?

WebRun checks your Baserow table every hour for rows marked To Do or Ready, and creates a matching Trello card for each one with its title, owner, and due date. It posts a short sync summary to Microsoft Teams, grouped by owner, so new work reaches the board and the team sees it without anyone copying rows by hand.

  • New work reaches Trello within the hour, not at end of day
  • Nobody copies rows from Baserow to Trello by hand
  • Stalled rows get flagged before they are forgotten

Built for Ops teams using Baserow as a database · small teams tracking work in Trello · no-code builders

Questions, answered

Will it duplicate a card if I run it again?

No. It skips any Baserow row that already has a matching Trello card, so re-runs never create duplicates.

Does it change anything back in Baserow?

No. It only reads rows from Baserow. All the writing happens on the Trello side, creating cards.

What happens to a row that sits untouched for a while?

It gets flagged in the Microsoft Teams summary once it has sat in To Do for more than a week, so nothing quietly stalls.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
