Automatic Baserow Due Date Reminders

Every morning, WebRun opens Baserow, reads the date fields across the tables you nominate, works out what falls due inside your warning window, adds each one to your Google Calendar with the record details, and texts the owner of anything due in the next few days.

In short

How do I get reminders for due dates stored in Baserow?

WebRun turns your Baserow date fields into reminders. Every morning it reads the tables you nominate, finds rows falling due inside your warning window, adds them to Google Calendar with the record details, and texts the owner via Twilio when a date is close, so renewals and appointments held in the base are never missed.

  • Dated rows reach a calendar instead of sitting unread in a table
  • The person named on the row gets the warning, not just the admin
  • Rows with a date but no owner are flagged before they slip

Questions, answered

Will it text customers or external contacts?

No. WebRun texts only the internal owners you list on the row. Anything customer-facing stays with you. Nothing is sent to a number outside your approved list.

Does it change my Baserow data?

No. WebRun reads the tables and views you nominate and writes nothing back. Marking a row done stays a manual action, and done rows drop off the reminders on the next run.

How far ahead does it warn?

You set two windows: a wider one that puts the date on the calendar, and a tighter urgent window that triggers the text. Renewals can warn weeks out while appointments warn the day before.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
