Automated Baserow Data Quality Checks

Every morning, WebRun signs into Baserow, opens the tables you nominate, finds rows with empty required fields, stale statuses, or dates that have passed, posts the fix list to Slack grouped by table, and sends the outstanding count on Telegram.

In short

How do I find incomplete or overdue rows in my database?

WebRun scans the Baserow tables you nominate every morning for rows with empty required fields or due dates that have already passed. It posts a fix list to Slack grouped by table with the owner named on each line, then sends the outstanding count to Telegram.

  • Incomplete records are caught the next morning instead of at reporting time
  • Every gap has a named owner in the Slack post
  • The daily count shows whether the backlog is shrinking

Questions, answered

Will it edit or delete rows in Baserow?

No. WebRun reads your tables and reports what is missing. It never fills a field, changes a status, or deletes a row. Every fix is made by a person.

Which tables and fields does it check?

Only the tables you nominate and the fields you mark as required when you set it up. Tables left off the list are never opened.

What happens when a row gets fixed?

The next morning run reads the live table, sees the field is filled, and drops the row from the list, so the count falls as your team works through it.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
