No. It only reads your existing Bandwidth number inventory and emergency address records and reports on their status. Any registration change is made by your team.
Why does E911 registration matter?
An unregistered or outdated emergency address means a 911 call from that number may not route to the right responders, so WebRun treats it as a same day alert, not a weekly note.
How is this different from the weekly Slack digest?
The Slack digest covers the full inventory every Monday. The Telegram alert is reserved for numbers that are actually missing or out of date, so it only fires when something needs fixing.
