Automated Ayoa Weekly Workload Balance

Every Monday, WebRun opens your Ayoa task boards, reads every task with a start or due date in the coming week, groups them by assignee, and posts a short workload balance to Slack and a fuller version to Microsoft Teams so work can be moved before it slips.

In short

How do I see how next week's task load is split across my team?

Every Monday, WebRun opens your Ayoa task boards and reads every task starting or due in the coming week, with its assignee and date. It counts the load per person, then posts a workload balance to Slack and the full breakdown to Microsoft Teams, so overloaded teammates are spotted before the week runs.

  • Overloaded teammates are spotted on Monday, not on Friday
  • Unassigned tasks surface before they are missed
  • The whole team sees the same capacity picture each week

Step by step

What does WebRun do on every run?

The exact actions WebRun takes, in order - in plain language, so you can adjust anything.

Done when The full per-person breakdown is filed in Microsoft Teams.

Questions, answered

Will it reassign or edit tasks in Ayoa?

No. WebRun only reads your Ayoa boards and reports what it finds. Moving a task to another teammate stays a human decision you make in Ayoa yourself.

What counts as next week's load?

Any task whose start date or due date falls inside the next seven days. You can widen it to a fortnight or narrow it to the working week when you set the run up.

What happens to tasks with nobody assigned?

They are listed in their own section at the bottom of the Slack post, so unowned work is visible on Monday instead of surfacing on Friday.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
