In short

How do I get notified of new Avvo reviews and client questions?

WebRun checks Avvo every morning for new client reviews and unanswered Q&A questions, posts the full list to Slack, and sends a Telegram alert for any review under 3 stars or any question left unanswered for 24 hours. It never posts a public response itself, so reputation and client questions get surfaced fast without anything going out unreviewed.

  • Every new review and question lands in Slack the same morning
  • Negative reviews and aging questions trigger a separate Telegram alert
  • Already seen items never clutter the next digest

Questions, answered

Will it respond to a review or answer a question for me?

No. WebRun never posts publicly on your Avvo profile. It only reads new reviews and questions and reports them, leaving every public response to you.

How does it decide what counts as urgent?

Any review under 3 stars or any question still unanswered after 24 hours triggers the Telegram alert, so attention goes to what actually needs a fast response.

Will I see the same review or question twice?

No. It only reports items new since the last run, so a review or question you already saw does not reappear in the next digest.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
