Automated AT&T Line Usage Audits

Once a month after your bill posts, WebRun signs in to your AT&T account, lists every line with its assigned user, plan and monthly charge, records the usage against each, updates an Airtable line inventory, and posts a Microsoft Teams review list naming lines with no usage and lines that went over their allowance.

In short

How do I find unused mobile lines on our AT&T business account?

WebRun signs in to your AT&T account each month after the bill posts and records every line with its assigned user, plan, charge and usage into an Airtable inventory. It posts a Microsoft Teams review naming lines with no usage and lines that went over their allowance, while every plan change stays with you.

  • Idle lines are named every month instead of paid for indefinitely
  • Overage charges are traced to a specific line and user
  • A month by month usage history builds up rather than living in old bills

Questions, answered

Will it cancel lines or change my plan?

No. WebRun reads the account and reports. Cancelling a line, suspending service, changing a plan, or paying a bill is never done by the run, because each of those costs money or breaks service.

How does it decide a line is unused?

It looks for zero or near zero usage across two consecutive billing periods, so a phone belonging to someone on leave is not flagged after a single quiet month.

Where does the usage history live?

In your Airtable base, one row per line per month. That history is what makes the trend visible, so a line that has been idle since spring is obvious rather than guessed at.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
