Automated Aruba PEC Inbox Monitoring
Every hour, WebRun signs in to your Aruba PEC mailbox, finds certified messages that arrived since the last check, records the sender, subject, delivery receipt, and attachment names, sends them to you on Telegram, and posts anything urgent to Slack.
How do I get alerted when a new certified PEC message arrives?
WebRun signs in to your Aruba PEC mailbox every hour and finds the certified messages that arrived since the last check, reading the sender, subject, receipts, and attachment names. It sends each one to you on Telegram and posts priority senders to Slack, so a legal or tax notice is seen the same hour it lands.
- Certified mail is seen within the hour, not days later
- Sender, subject, and attachments arrive without opening the mailbox
- Priority senders reach the team channel automatically
Built for Italian business owners · accountants · law firms · office administrators

WebRun signs in once and keeps each session in a persistent environment, so every run picks up right where it left off.
Every action is checked against this policy before it runs.
Questions, answered
Will it reply to a certified message?
No. WebRun reads the mailbox and reports what arrived. It never replies, forwards, or sends a certified message, because a PEC reply carries legal weight and must come from a person.
Does it delete or archive anything?
No. Messages are left exactly where they are, unread status included where the mailbox allows it, so your PEC archive stays intact for its legal retention period.
Can it watch more than one PEC mailbox?
Yes. Give WebRun each mailbox you hold and it checks them all every hour, labelling each alert with the mailbox it came from so a company and a personal box do not get confused.
Put this on autopilot.
Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
