Automated Archbee Outdated Documentation Alerts

Every Monday, WebRun opens Archbee, finds documentation pages that haven't been updated since the release or feature they describe shipped, posts the full outdated list to the docs team's Telegram channel, and texts the docs owner directly about whichever page has gone longest without a review.

In short

How do I find outdated docs in Archbee before customers do?

WebRun checks Archbee every Monday for documentation pages that haven't been updated since the release they describe shipped, posts the full outdated list to the docs team's Telegram channel, and texts the owner of the single oldest page, so customer-facing docs get reviewed on a schedule instead of drifting out of date silently.

  • Outdated docs get flagged weekly instead of discovered by a confused reader
  • The single oldest doc always gets a direct nudge
  • Docs stay aligned with what actually shipped

Questions, answered

Does WebRun rewrite or publish doc changes?

No. It only reads last-updated dates and reports them. Rewriting or publishing a doc update is left entirely to the docs owner in Archbee.

Who gets texted about the oldest doc?

Only the internal owner already assigned to that doc. It's an internal nudge, never a message to a customer reading the docs.

How does it know a doc is linked to a release?

It uses the release or feature link already recorded on the doc in Archbee, not a guess based on the title.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
