Questions, answered
Can it reroute or cancel a shipment?
No. WebRun only reads shipment status. Rerouting, canceling, or filing a claim on a shipment stays your action in Aramex.
What counts as an exception?
Any shipment Aramex itself marks delayed, held at a facility, or flagged with an exception. Normal in-transit shipments aren't called out.
Does it track shipments after delivery?
Delivered shipments are marked complete in Airtable and stop appearing in the daily exceptions note.
