Questions, answered
Will it message customers about their appointment?
No. WebRun writes to your internal operations calendar and your Teams channel only. Any confirmation or reminder that goes to a customer is sent by a person on your team.
Does it change records in AppSheet?
No. The run is read-only inside AppSheet. It does not edit a record, change a status, or reassign a job. The schedule in your app stays exactly as your team set it.
What happens when a job is rescheduled?
It re-reads the AppSheet schedule every morning, moves the existing calendar entry to the new time rather than creating a second one, and removes entries for jobs that were cancelled.
