Automated Appointlet Meeting Type Scorecard

Every Monday, WebRun opens Appointlet, counts how many bookings each meeting type received over the past week, logs the counts as a row per type in Google Sheets, and writes a ranked summary into Notion so the team can see which booking links are actually converting.

In short

How do I see which Appointlet meeting types get booked the most?

Every Monday, WebRun counts how many bookings each Appointlet meeting type received over the past week, logs the totals into Google Sheets, and writes a ranked summary into Notion, tracking cancellations separately. Teams see which booking links are actually converting and which are quietly underused, without pulling the numbers out of Appointlet manually.

  • Underused meeting types get surfaced weekly instead of unnoticed
  • Cancellation trends are tracked separately from raw booking counts
  • The team sees a ranked view without exporting Appointlet data

Questions, answered

Does WebRun turn off or archive a low-performing meeting type?

No. It only reports the counts and ranking. Deciding whether to retire or promote a meeting type is done by your team in Appointlet.

Are cancellations counted against a meeting type's ranking?

They're tracked separately so a type with a lot of bookings but also a lot of cancellations doesn't look artificially strong.

Can I track this across multiple booking pages?

Yes. It reads every meeting type on your Appointlet account and ranks them all together in the same weekly summary.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
