Automated Angi Invalid Lead Credit Claims
Every Monday, WebRun opens your Angi pro account, reviews the leads charged in the last week, picks out the ones that were out of area, duplicates, or wrong service, writes each with its reason and charge into Airtable as a draft claim, and texts you the total so you can submit the credit requests yourself.
How do I get credit back for bad leads I was charged for?
WebRun reviews your charged Angi leads every Monday and picks out the ones that were out of area, duplicates, or the wrong service. It drafts a claim per lead in Airtable with the reason, the charge, and the days left to submit, then texts you the total so you can file each one yourself.
- Bad leads are disputed inside the claim window, not after it closes
- Every claim carries a stated reason and its supporting detail
- Nothing is submitted to Angi until you approve it
Built for contractors · home service pros · trade businesses · office managers

Questions, answered
Will it submit credit requests to Angi for me?
No. Every claim is drafted in Airtable with its reason and evidence, and you submit it yourself. WebRun never files a request or disputes a charge on its own.
Does it contact the homeowner on a lead?
Never. WebRun reads your lead records and drafts internal claims. It does not call, text, or message anyone who submitted a lead.
How does it decide a lead is disputable?
It checks the lead against the rules you set: your service area postcodes, the categories you cover, and earlier leads with the same contact details, then records which rule it matched.
