Automated Proof of Insurance Distribution

Every Monday, WebRun signs in to Allstate, checks the coverage dates and ID card for every vehicle on your policies, spots any card that has been reissued or is about to expire, drafts a handout email per driver in Gmail for you to approve, and sends you the summary in Telegram.

In short

How do I keep every driver carrying a current insurance card?

WebRun signs in to Allstate every Monday, checks the coverage dates and current insurance ID card for every vehicle on your policies, and spots any card reissued or term ending soon. It drafts a handout email per driver in Gmail for you to approve and sends the summary to Telegram, so nobody drives on an expired card.

  • Every driver holds a card that matches the live policy term
  • Reissued cards are handed out the week they change
  • A missing card is named rather than quietly skipped

Built for fleet managers · office managers · small business owners · family policy holders

Step by step

What does WebRun do on every run?

The exact actions WebRun takes, in order - in plain language, so you can adjust anything.

  1. WebRun signs in and gets to work

Opens www.allstate.com in a real browser with your saved login - no setup, no API keys.

  2. 1
Allstate - check coverage dates and ID cards
    allstate.com

    • Sign in to Allstate and open each active policy you manage
    • For every vehicle, read the coverage dates and locate the current insurance ID card and proof of insurance
    • Flag any card reissued since the last run and any policy term ending within your reminder window

Done when Every vehicle has a current ID card identified with its coverage dates.

  3. 2
Telegram - send you what changed
    telegram.org
WebRun in Telegram: send you what changed

    • Send a short summary of which vehicles have a new card this week and which terms are ending soon
    • Name any vehicle whose card could not be found or looks out of date
    • Stay brief in weeks when nothing changed

Done when You know which cards are new and which terms are ending.

  4. 3
Gmail - draft the handout to each driver
    gmail.com

    • Draft one email per driver with their vehicle's current card and the coverage dates
    • Leave every email unsent in your drafts folder for you to review and send
    • Draft only for vehicles whose card changed, so drivers are not mailed the same card twice

Done when A handout email is drafted for every driver whose card changed.

Questions, answered

Will it email drivers without me?

No. Every handout email is left unsent in your drafts folder. A person reviews the card and the recipient, then presses send, so an insurance document never leaves your account on its own.

Can it change or renew a policy?

No. WebRun only reads your policy pages and collects the current documents. It never edits coverage, adds a vehicle, makes a payment, or files a claim.

What if a card is missing for a vehicle?

The vehicle is named in the Telegram summary as missing or out of date rather than skipped quietly, so you can chase it before a driver is stopped without valid proof.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
