Automated All-inkl Weekly Usage Scorecard

Every Monday morning, WebRun opens the All-inkl KAS control panel, reads disk usage, mailbox count, and database usage across every hosting package, posts a readable summary to a Notion page, and appends the same figures as a new row in Google Sheets so usage growth stays visible week to week.

In short

How do I track usage across my All-inkl hosting packages?

Every Monday, WebRun checks disk usage, mailbox count, and database usage across every All-inkl KAS hosting package. It posts a readable summary to Notion, flagging any package approaching its plan limit, and logs the same figures to Google Sheets, so usage growth stays visible from week to week without a manual login.

  • Every package's usage lands in one Notion summary every Monday
  • Packages nearing their limit are flagged before they cause a problem
  • A running sheet makes usage growth visible over time

Questions, answered

Does it upgrade a package or delete mailboxes to free space?

No. WebRun only reads usage and reports it. Upgrading a plan or removing a mailbox always stays a decision you make in KAS.

What counts as approaching the plan limit?

Any package using 80 percent or more of its disk, mailbox, or database allowance is flagged in the Notion summary.

Can I track more than one hosting package?

Yes. Every package under your All-inkl account gets its own line in the summary and its own row in the sheet each week.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
