Automated Alipan Share Link Expiry Alerts

Every Monday, WebRun signs into Alipan, opens your list of share links, notes which ones expire in the next 14 days or have already lapsed, records each link with its folder and expiry date in an Airtable tracker, and emails you a short list so you can renew the ones people still need before anyone hits a dead link.

In short

How do I keep track of file share links before they expire?

WebRun reviews your Alipan share links every Monday and notes which expire in the next 14 days or have already lapsed. It records each link, folder, expiry date, and access count in an Airtable tracker, then emails you the expiring list, so a client never opens a dead link before you knew it was closing.

  • Client links get renewed before they go dead
  • Every share is tracked in Airtable with its access count
  • Open-ended links nobody uses become easy to spot and close

Questions, answered

Will it email the people I shared files with?

No. The only email it sends goes to your own address and any internal address you nominate. Recipients of your share links are never contacted by WebRun.

Does it change or delete any shares?

No. WebRun reads your share list and reports on it. It never renews, revokes, or deletes a link, so extending or closing a share stays your decision.

What about links set to never expire?

They are logged in Airtable as active with their access count, which makes it easy to spot open-ended links nobody has opened in months and close them yourself.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
