Will it delete or move any of my files?
No. WebRun only reads folder contents and counts what arrived. It never deletes, moves or empties the recycle bin, so a verification run can never cost you a file.
Will it text me every single night?
No. The text only goes out when something is wrong: a folder with no uploads, or storage close to full. A normal night is recorded silently in Notion, so a text always means act.
How does it know an upload is missing?
It compares today's file count and size in each backup folder against the average for the last seven days, so a device that stopped syncing shows up the same night rather than the next time you need a file.
