In short

How do I get a weekly summary of my Alchemer survey performance?

Every Monday, WebRun pulls the past week's Alchemer responses across your active surveys, calculates each one's completion rate and average score, and posts a scorecard to Slack and Telegram. The team starts the week seeing exactly what moved, without anyone exporting Alchemer data or building the summary by hand.

  • The team sees survey performance every Monday without an export
  • Completion rate drops get noticed within a week, not a quarter
  • Both Slack and Telegram users see the same numbers

Questions, answered

Which surveys does it include?

Every survey currently marked active in your Alchemer account. Closed or draft surveys are skipped from the weekly scorecard.

How is the average score calculated?

It reads whatever scoring question each survey uses, such as a rating or NPS item, and averages the responses collected in the past 7 days.

Can the scorecard go to just one channel?

Yes. Slack and Telegram both receive it by default, but either can be turned off if your team only checks one.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
