In short

How can I automatically follow up on open alarm system proposals and quotes?

WebRun checks AlarmBiller every Monday for proposals that have been open for more than 5 days with no response, drafts a polite follow-up email in Gmail for each prospect, and posts a stalled-deals Slack summary to the sales team grouped by rep. Every draft waits for the assigned rep to review and send, so no deal goes cold without a timely, personal touch.

  • Stalled proposals are followed up within one week, not forgotten for a month
  • Sales reps open Monday with a Slack list of their stalled deals and drafts ready to send
  • High-value proposals that have been open for 14 days are escalated before the prospect moves to a competitor

Questions, answered

Will it send follow-up emails to prospects without the sales rep reviewing them?

No. Every follow-up is drafted in Gmail and left for the assigned rep to personalize and send. Nothing reaches a prospect until a human approves it.

How does it know which rep owns each proposal?

It reads the assigned rep field on each AlarmBiller proposal and tags that rep in both the Slack summary and the Gmail draft folder label.

What if a prospect already responded and the deal is moving forward?

WebRun only drafts follow-ups for proposals still in open status in AlarmBiller. Once a proposal is marked accepted, declined, or in-negotiation it is automatically skipped.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
