Every Monday, WebRun checks your technician certification records in Google Sheets against any credential notes in AlarmBiller, flags technicians whose licenses or certifications expire within 60 days, and posts a prioritized renewal alert to your Slack operations channel so no tech is dispatched on a lapsed credential.

In short

How can I automatically track alarm technician certification and license expiry dates?

WebRun checks technician certification records in Google Sheets and cross-references AlarmBiller notes every Monday, flags credentials expiring within 60 days with color-coded urgency, and posts a ranked renewal alert to your Slack operations channel. No technician is dispatched with a lapsed license because your team has weekly advance warning.

  • Every expiring certification is flagged weeks in advance, not discovered on dispatch day
  • Operations team has a ranked weekly Slack alert: most urgent credentials at the top
  • No technician is sent to a job site on a lapsed license

Questions, answered

Does it file or submit certification renewals automatically?

No. WebRun tracks deadlines and sends alerts. All renewal applications and filings are completed by your team or the technician. Nothing is submitted to any licensing authority automatically.

How do we add a new technician's certifications to the tracker?

Add a row for the technician in the Google Sheet with their certification type, issuing authority, and expiry date. WebRun will include them in the next Monday run.

What happens when a technician renews their credential?

Update the expiry date in the Google Sheet and WebRun will recalculate the days remaining, remove the urgency flag, and stop including that technician in the renewal alert.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
