Automated Alarm Inspection Due Date Reminders

Every Monday, WebRun opens AlarmBiller, identifies customers with an annual fire or security inspection due in the next 45 days, drafts an SMS scheduling reminder for each customer via Twilio, and creates placeholder events in Google Calendar so your service team can plan technician capacity before the rush.

In short

How can I automatically remind alarm customers when their annual inspection is due?

WebRun checks AlarmBiller every Monday for customers with an annual fire or security inspection due within 45 days, creates a capacity placeholder on your Google Calendar service view, and drafts an SMS scheduling reminder for each customer in Twilio. Your team reviews each draft before it reaches the customer, so inspections are booked ahead of schedule and technician capacity is planned in advance.

  • Inspections are flagged and scheduled weeks before the due date, avoiding last-minute rush
  • Service calendar shows upcoming inspection load so technician capacity is planned in advance
  • No customer misses an annual inspection due to a missed reminder

Good to know

Questions, answered

Will it text customers to schedule their inspection without my approval?

No. Every scheduling SMS is drafted in Twilio and left for your team to review before sending. Nothing goes to a customer without a human approving it first.

How does it know when a customer's inspection is due?

It reads the last inspection date or inspection due date from each customer's service record in AlarmBiller and flags anyone coming due within your configured window, set to 45 days by default.

What if a customer already has an inspection scheduled?

Once an appointment is booked, you can mark the AlarmBiller record as scheduled and WebRun will skip that customer on subsequent runs.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
