Automated Airtel Bill and Usage Tracking

Once a month, WebRun signs in to your Airtel account, opens every connection on the account, and reads the current bill amount, the due date, the plan, and the data or call usage against the plan limit. It writes a row per connection into Airtable and sends a Telegram summary naming the connections that went over their limit and the bills due in the next seven days.

In short

How do I track Airtel bills and data usage across all my connections?

WebRun signs in to your Airtel account once a month and reads the bill, due date, plan, and usage for every connection on it. It records each one in Airtable and sends a Telegram summary naming the connections that went over their limit and the bills due within seven days, paying nothing itself.

  • Every connection's cost sits in one table instead of separate bills
  • Overages are named the month they happen so plans can be changed
  • Due dates arrive on Telegram a week before the deadline

Questions, answered

Will it pay the bill for me?

No. WebRun never pays a bill, saves a card, or changes a plan. It reads the amount and the due date and tells you in Telegram, and the payment stays a decision you make yourself.

Can it cover several connections at once?

Yes. It walks every connection on the account, whether mobile, broadband, or a business line, and records each one separately in Airtable so the cost per site or per person is clear.

What counts as an overage?

Any connection whose data or call usage passed the limit on its plan during the billing month. Those are named in the Telegram summary with the amount over, so a plan change can be considered.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
