Automated airSlate Signature Chasing
Every morning, WebRun signs into airSlate, finds documents sent for signature that are still outstanding, records who is holding each one up and for how long, writes the chase list into Airtable, and leaves a polite reminder drafted in Gmail for every recipient past your waiting limit.
How do I chase documents that are still waiting on a signature?
WebRun signs into airSlate each morning and finds every document still waiting on a signature, noting who is holding it and for how long. It logs the chase list in Airtable, then drafts a polite Gmail reminder for each overdue recipient and leaves it for you to approve and send.
- No signature request sits forgotten for weeks
- Reminders are written for you but never sent without approval
- A cooldown keeps the same signer from being chased daily

Questions, answered
Will it email recipients without me?
No. Every reminder is left in Gmail as a draft. You read it, adjust the wording, and send it yourself. Nothing goes to a recipient without your approval.
Does it resend or cancel documents in airSlate?
No. WebRun only reads the status of documents you already sent. It never resends, voids, edits, or cancels anything inside airSlate.
What stops the same person being chased daily?
A cooldown. WebRun records the last chase date in Airtable and skips anyone reminded within the past 5 days, so one slow signer never gets a reminder every morning.
