Automated Airmeet Registration Pacing
Every morning, WebRun opens Airmeet, reads the registration count on each upcoming event, works out yesterday's signup rate and the gap to your target, records the pace in Airtable, and posts to Microsoft Teams whether the event is on track for the days remaining.
How do I track event registrations against my target?
Every morning WebRun opens Airmeet, reads the registration count on each upcoming event, and works out yesterday's signup rate against the days remaining. It records the pace in Airtable, projects the final number, and posts to Microsoft Teams whether each event is tracking above or below its target.
- The gap to target is a daily number rather than a week-of panic
- Events falling behind pace surface while promotion can still fix it
- Ticket types that are not moving are visible early

WebRun signs in once and keeps each session in a persistent environment, so every run picks up right where it left off.
Every action is checked against this policy before it runs.
Questions, answered
Will it email registrants or send invitations?
No. WebRun only reads registration numbers and posts an internal pacing report. Every invitation, reminder and promotional send stays with your marketing team.
How is the projection worked out?
From the average daily signup rate over the last seven days, carried forward across the days remaining before the event. The projection sits beside the target so the gap is a number, not a feeling.
Does it change anything on the event?
No. Ticket types, capacity, sessions and speakers are read only. WebRun reports the pace and leaves every change to the event owner in Airmeet.
