How do I stop customer feedback piling up without being triaged?
WebRun builds your airfocus triage queue every Monday. It finds the insights still unlinked to any item and the items sitting without a score, records how long each has waited across workspaces, writes the queue into Airtable, and sends the product manager a Telegram summary.
- Feedback reaches the roadmap instead of filling an inbox
- The oldest untriaged insight is visible every Monday
- Scoring and linking stay human decisions
Built for product managers · product ops · roadmap owners · customer research teams

1
airfocus - find unlinked insights and unscored items
WebRun opens airfocus to find unlinked insights and unscored items. - Open airfocus and go to the insights inbox for each workspace
- Capture every insight not yet linked to an item, with its source and date received
- List the items that carry no score yet, with their workspace and owner
- Record how many days each insight or item has been sitting untriaged
- Never score, link, or archive anything. WebRun builds the queue, a human triages

-
2

Telegram - send the Monday summary

- Name the oldest insight and how many days it has waited
- Call out any workspace where the backlog grew since last week
- Link to the Airtable base for the full queue
Done when The product manager has a triage list to work from on Monday morning.
How is each run configured?
Secure by default
Connect once, stays signed in
WebRun signs in once and keeps each session in a persistent environment, so every run picks up right where it left off.
Every action is checked against this policy before it runs.
Questions, answered
Will it score or link items by itself?
No. WebRun reads airfocus and builds the queue. Linking an insight to an item, scoring it, or archiving it stays with the product manager, because those calls set the roadmap.
Does it contact the customers who sent feedback?
No. The triage queue goes to your Airtable base and an internal Telegram chat. Nobody outside your team is messaged, and no insight is replied to on your behalf.
What counts as untriaged?
Two things: an insight that is still not linked to any item, and an item that carries no score. Both mean feedback has arrived but has not yet reached the roadmap, and both appear in the same list.
Put this on autopilot.
