In short

How do I automatically chase missing proof-of-delivery documents for air cargo?

WebRun opens Awery every morning, finds every delivered shipment with no signed proof-of-delivery on file, and drafts a chaser email to the responsible handling agent in Gmail for your approval. Outstanding cases are logged in Google Sheets, giving your team a live tracker without any manual searching.

  • No delivered shipment goes unchecked for a missing POD
  • Chaser drafts are ready to send in Gmail within minutes of the morning run
  • Google Sheets gives the team a live outstanding POD count at a glance

Built for air cargo handlers · freight forwarders · airline cargo teams · ground handling agents

Questions, answered

Will it send the chaser emails automatically?

No. Every chaser is saved as a Gmail draft for your review. Nothing is sent until you approve and click Send yourself.

How far back does it look for missing PODs?

By default it checks shipments delivered in the last 14 days. You can adjust the lookback window in your WebRun settings.

What if the POD arrives while WebRun is running?

It reads live Awery data each morning, so any POD uploaded since the last run is excluded automatically.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
