Questions, answered

Will it send the follow-up emails to insurers or handlers automatically?

No. Every follow-up is saved as a Mailchimp draft for your customer service team to review and approve. Nothing is sent to a third party without human sign-off.

How does it know the response deadline for each claim?

It reads the deadline date recorded against each claim in Awery. Make sure deadlines are entered when a claim is filed for the automation to work correctly.

Can it track claims filed with external insurers outside Awery?

Not directly. If external claim references are logged in Awery as notes or linked records, WebRun can include them. Otherwise, keep Awery as the master record for full coverage.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
