In short

How do I automatically generate an air cargo on-time performance report each week?

WebRun reads Awery flight records every Monday, calculates on-time performance for the previous week by lane and carrier, and writes a detailed breakdown to Google Sheets. A concise summary is posted to Slack so your management team sees last week's results without building the report by hand.

  • Weekly OTP report is ready in Google Sheets before the Monday standup without any manual work
  • Lanes and carriers breaching your OTP target are flagged automatically for review
  • Management gets a Slack summary with a single click through to the full detail

Built for airline cargo managers · air freight operations teams · cargo capacity planners · freight forwarders

Questions, answered

What counts as on-time for the calculation?

The default tolerance is 30 minutes versus scheduled departure or arrival. You can change the tolerance in WebRun settings to match your SLA definition.

Can it include OTP broken down by commodity or shipment type?

Yes. If commodity data is recorded against AWBs in Awery, WebRun can group the OTP calculation by commodity type as well as by lane and carrier.

Does it change any data in Awery?

No. WebRun reads flight records from Awery in read-only mode and writes only to Google Sheets. No Awery records are created or modified.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
