Automated Aha! Product Idea Triage
Every morning, WebRun signs into Aha!, opens your ideas list, captures everything submitted or voted on since yesterday, writes each idea into an Airtable triage table with its votes and status, and posts the ranked list to your product channel in Microsoft Teams.
How do I triage new product ideas every day?
WebRun opens your Aha! ideas list every morning and captures everything submitted or newly voted since yesterday, with the submitter, vote count, and status. It logs each idea into an Airtable triage table and posts a ranked list to your Microsoft Teams product channel for the day's review.
- Every submitted idea is seen within a day rather than at planning time
- High vote ideas surface at the top of the list automatically
- Ideas unreviewed for over a week are flagged by age
Built for product managers · product operations · roadmap owners · customer success teams

Questions, answered
Will it promote or decline ideas in Aha!?
No. WebRun only reads the ideas list. Promoting an idea to a feature, declining it, or replying to a submitter all stay manual decisions in Aha!.
Does it reply to the people who submitted ideas?
No. It never comments on an idea or messages a submitter. The only output is an internal Airtable table and a Teams post for your product team.
What about ideas that were already triaged?
It reads the live status each morning, so anything already promoted, declined, or assigned an owner drops off the Needs review list automatically.
Put this on autopilot.
