Automated ActiveCampaign List Hygiene

On the first Monday of each month, WebRun opens ActiveCampaign, finds hard-bounced addresses, contacts with no open or click in your chosen window, and obvious duplicates, drafts a cleanup proposal in Gmail for you to approve, and posts the headline numbers to your marketing channel in Slack.

In short

How do I clean my email list to protect deliverability?

WebRun opens ActiveCampaign each month and finds hard-bounced addresses, contacts with no open or click in your chosen window, and duplicates. It drafts a cleanup proposal in Gmail with the evidence for each group and posts list health numbers to Slack, so deliverability problems surface before a send.

  • Bounces and dead contacts are found before they hurt sender reputation
  • Every removal is proposed with evidence, never done silently
  • List health is tracked month over month in one Slack post

Step by step

What does WebRun do on every run?

The exact actions WebRun takes, in order - in plain language, so you can adjust anything.

  1. WebRun signs in and gets to work

Opens www.activecampaign.com/login in a real browser with your saved login - no setup, no API keys.

  2. 1

    • Spot duplicates by email address and by name plus company
    • Note the list each contact belongs to and when they last engaged
    • Read only. Never delete, unsubscribe, or merge a contact

Good to know

Questions, answered

Will it delete contacts from my list?

No. WebRun reads ActiveCampaign and drafts a proposal in Gmail. It never deletes, unsubscribes, or merges a contact. Removal only happens when you read the proposal and do it yourself.

Does it email my contacts?

No. The only email it writes is a draft addressed to you. WebRun never sends a campaign, a re-engagement message, or any mail to a contact, so nobody on your list hears from this run.

How is unengaged defined?

By the window you choose, for example no open or click in 180 days. Every contact in that bucket is listed with its last engagement date so you can check the evidence before removing anyone.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
