Questions, answered

Will it apply a protection plan itself?

No. WebRun only reports the gap and cards it. Applying a plan, reinstalling an agent, and running a backup all stay with your engineer.

How is this different from a failed backup alert?

A failed backup means a plan ran and errored. This finds the devices that never appear as a failure at all: no plan applied, an agent offline, or a plan that quietly stopped producing recovery points.

Does it work across multiple customer tenants?

Yes. WebRun walks each tenant you manage and groups the Slack post by customer, so an MSP sees whose machines are exposed at a glance.
