Automated Achievers Nomination Approval Queue
Every morning, WebRun opens Achievers, lists the nominations submitted but not yet approved, records who each is waiting on and how long it has sat there, posts the queue to Slack, and sends the program admin a short nudge list on Telegram.
How do I clear recognition nominations stuck waiting for manager approval?
WebRun opens Achievers every morning and lists the nominations submitted but not yet approved, recording who each is waiting on and how many days it has sat there. It posts the queue to Slack and nudges the program admin on Telegram, so praise reaches the person while the work behind it is still recent.
- Stuck nominations carry a manager name and a waiting time
- Praise lands while the work behind it is still recent
- Nothing is approved or awarded without a human
Built for recognition program admins · HR teams · people operations · internal communications

Secure by default

WebRun signs in once and keeps each session in a persistent environment, so every run picks up right where it left off.
Every action is checked against this policy before it runs.
Questions, answered
Will it approve nominations on its own?
No. WebRun never approves, declines, or awards points. It only reads the pending queue and posts it internally to Slack and Telegram, so every approval decision stays with the manager it belongs to.
Does it message the managers directly?
No. The queue goes to your own internal channels with managers named on each line. Whether to nudge a manager privately is the program admin's call, not something WebRun does automatically.
How does it know a nomination was already actioned?
It reads the live approval status each morning, so anything approved or declined since yesterday drops off and only genuinely stuck nominations stay on the queue.
