Automated Achievers Milestone Prep

Every Monday, WebRun signs in to Achievers, finds the service milestones and work anniversaries falling in the next 30 days, logs each one in Airtable with its date and manager, and builds a Notion prep page holding a drafted recognition message for the manager to review and post.

In short

How do I make sure work anniversaries get recognised on time?

WebRun checks Achievers every Monday for service milestones falling in the next 30 days, logs each one in Airtable with its date and manager, and builds a Notion prep page grouped by manager. Each entry carries a drafted recognition message, left unposted for the manager to edit and publish.

  • Managers get three weeks of warning before every milestone
  • Every anniversary has a drafted message waiting, not a blank box
  • No recognition is ever posted without a manager approving the words

Questions, answered

Will it post recognition or award points on its own?

No. WebRun only reads the milestone list in Achievers. Every recognition message is drafted in Notion and left unposted, because a public message about a colleague should carry a manager's own words and a manager's own approval.

How far ahead does it look?

Thirty days by default, refreshed every Monday, so a manager has three or four weeks of warning before a milestone lands. Shorten or extend the window to match how far ahead your team plans.

What stops the same person being celebrated twice?

Each run reads the live recognition status in Achievers and marks anyone already recognised, so they drop out of the outstanding list in both Airtable and the Notion prep page.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
