Automated Acast Sponsor Slot Tracking

Every Monday, WebRun opens Acast, reads the upcoming episode schedule for each of your shows, checks which episodes already have an advertiser booked against them, lists the slots still open in the next eight weeks, posts them to your sales channel in Microsoft Teams, and sends a short Telegram summary.

In short

How do I see which podcast episodes still have no sponsor?

Every Monday, WebRun opens Acast, reads the publishing schedule for each of your shows, and lists the upcoming episodes with no sponsor booked against them. It posts the open slots to your sales channel in Microsoft Teams and sends a short Telegram summary, so empty weeks get sold before they air.

  • Empty weeks are found early enough to sell rather than after the episode ships
  • The nearest unsold episode leads the list every Monday
  • Outreach is drafted for the seller and never sent to an advertiser automatically

Good to know

Questions, answered

Will it contact advertisers on its own?

No. WebRun writes a drafted outreach note into the Microsoft Teams post and leaves it there. Sending it, and booking anything in Acast, stays with whoever sells the show.

Can it book or cancel a sponsorship in Acast?

No. WebRun only reads the schedule and the sponsorships already attached to episodes. Every booking change is made by a person inside Acast.

How far ahead does it look?

Eight weeks by default, and you can change the window. Slots airing inside two weeks are listed first, because those are the ones running out of selling time.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
