Automated ABCmouse Inactive Learner Reports

Every Monday, WebRun signs into your ABCmouse teacher or parent account, reviews each child's activity for the past week, identifies the learners with little or no time on the platform, queues a short friendly reminder text for each family in Twilio for you to approve, and sends you the full inactive list on Telegram.

In short

How do I follow up with students who stopped using their learning app?

WebRun reviews each ABCmouse learner's activity every Monday and finds the children with no sessions or a sharp drop in time. It queues a short, friendly reminder text per family in Twilio for a teacher to approve, and sends you the full inactive list on Telegram with days since each child last logged in.

  • Children who quietly stop logging in get noticed the same week
  • Parent reminders are written for you and sent only after approval
  • The weekly list shows outliers against the class average, not raw counts

Built for teachers · tutoring centres · homeschool parents · early learning programmes

Step by step

What does WebRun do on every run?

The exact actions WebRun takes, in order - in plain language, so you can adjust anything.

  1. WebRun signs in and gets to work

Opens www.abcmouse.com in a real browser with your saved login - no setup, no API keys.

    • Capture each child's activity for the last 7 days, including sessions, time spent, and lessons completed
    • Mark any child with no activity at all and any whose time dropped sharply against their own usual week

Done when Every learner is marked active or inactive for the past week.

    • Write a short, warm reminder text for each inactive learner's contact number
    • Mention the child by first name only and keep the message free of any progress detail
    • Leave every message queued in Twilio for a teacher to review and send. WebRun never texts a family on its own

  4. 3
Telegram - send you the inactive list
    telegram.org
WebRun in Telegram: send you the inactive list

    • Send you the full list of inactive learners with days since their last session
    • Show the class average time for the week so the outliers are obvious
    • Note how many texts are queued and waiting for your approval

Done when You have this week's inactive learner list on Telegram.

Questions, answered

Will it text parents without me?

No. Every reminder sits queued in Twilio until a teacher reviews and sends it. WebRun writes the wording, a human approves each message before any family receives it.

Does the message include a child's scores?

No. The queued text uses the child's first name and a simple reminder only. Progress detail stays inside ABCmouse and inside the internal Telegram list you receive.

What counts as inactive?

By default a learner with no session in the last 7 days, plus anyone whose weekly time dropped sharply against their own recent average. You can change the window to match your programme.

Put this on autopilot.
